Northern Ohio Costume rental for theater?
Im in charge of our high school's costumes and props for the spring musical, the wizard of oz. Does anyone know where I can rent or buy costumes for stage? I live in Avon Lake, Ohio and I am willing to drive an hour if need be. We are on a budget so that's one thing to be considered. High school directors, where do you Get Your costumes? Thanks!
Have you tried contacting the Beck Center in Lakewood or local college theatre departments (like B-W and Oberlin who are closer to you than CWRU)? Often they will rent out pieces for a very small fee to local groups. Can't hurt to try. Break a leg!
