What are some good photo editing/digital art programs I can get for free?
I need something better than MS Paint to attempt CG art, but being poor and young, I can't buy any really good programs like Photoshop. So does anyone have some suggestions on things I can get for free? I'd like to find something that can be used both for CG and photo editing if I can.
Cropmom.com at http://www.cropmom.com has thousands of designer graphics which might be something that may be helpful. This is a digital online scrapbooking site that does not require software download, it is free to use, and has some editing capability.
