I have a true jones fracture but I am in a cast to see if it heals on its own. I still have pain?
My foot was bruised a lot and I am having problems with the crutches. Will this pain go away or is it a sign that this cast is not working and after 6 weeks, I will have the surgery and then be out of commission for another 6 weeks?
IF it were my foot I would assume that the pain is from the bone healing, it is painful. I would though be taking some Australian Bush Flower Essences like Emergency Essence with Bottlebrush to control the pain and take it as needed. It is not drug so it is not harmful to do this.
I would also help the bone heal faster by taking Gymea Lily, Red Helmet Orchid and Sturt Desert Rose. I would take this morning and night (in a dosage bottle) and 20 minutes later take the Emergency Essence and Bottlebrush dosage bottle as needed during the day. and stop 40 minutes before bedtime to take the bone mixture and again resume a last dose of Emergency Essence mix and as needed.
should be way less pain and quicker healing.
